Finally the power to manage all of your critical data is now in your hands.  No more pulling from multiple places in order to make it deliver the information you need.  The IRTHNet Data Warehouse was created to give users the ultimate control of their data. 

The Data Warehouse stores all the critical information from your dig request process and makes it a breeze to create custom reports.  All the critical fields from dig request notifications, all the timely data from operator interaction, all the statistical data from auto processing, and all the data from your field created responses will be accessible using the Warehouse.

CUSTOM GUI

The first step to taking advantage of the new IRTHNet Data Warehouse is to make it simple for anyone to create reports on their data.  The Data Warehouse provides a full pivot grid system that allows the users to simply drag and drop the critical fields of data into the report.  Once the fields are determined, then the data can be filtered to display only the required content.  If the user wants to add a new field or change the location of the data within the report, a simple drag and drop once again provides complete control.

SOCIAL NETWORKING

Once the user designs their report, an option to save the report for future use becomes available.  In addition, the user can determine if they wish to share the report with others within their company, or even others within the IRTHNet community.  For example, a user for a large pipeline company creates a report that shows the amount of minutes tickets take to be distributed to the field based on assignment.  This report can be saved and shared with others inside the pipeline company, or the person may elect to share the report with any IRTHNet user.  The report template is created and only the report template becomes available for other IRTHNet users.  No data is shared.  If a person from a telecommunications company  is browsing for a report that shows minutes till distribution, this report will be available to the end user.  The user at the telecommunications company will now save the report to their on folder of reports and have complete control on editing and using this report.

Once data is collected and report templates are created, the ability to create professional looking reports with simple to read charts and graphs is just a click away.  From multi row complex pie charts to simple line graphs, the IRTHNet Data Warehouse will provide all the tools required for professional reporting.  With a simple click, the report can be emailed, turned into a PDF document or exported to Microsoft Excel.
